one girls team: numbers look good, probably in the 13-17 range.

boys, tough call: one 20 man Varsity team, and as many kids who want to be on the roster and hang out...
or
a 20 man varsity and 15 man JV.  Be a tough row to Hoe for JV, but, valuable experience.  Lots more paperwork for me to take both... but I'm game.

tie-dye friday get together:
i want to tie-dye the cotton shirts.  you'd wash and dry yours and bring it to me.... I have a cool design... and we have good dye...  need a host, and the buckets from the car wash... and some worker bees to help me fold and dip.  Trust me, they'll look cool.  If no one can host friday afternoon evening, I'll just get some help to fold them at practice, and i'll dye them....

Big thanks to  Matt, and Ryan S who have graciously agreed to bolster the JV team with skill and experience.  There are also some 1st years on the Varsity team, who I'm putting into positions to express their strengths, and see what happens.
